A Bit About Me

So Im doing Michelle Bridges 12 WBT.....for the 7th time. Each time I did it in the past I flunked out on one excuse or another. I always did the Beginners Program and when I stuck to plan I lost weight. But always allowed myself to go off plan and once I did it was downwards from there.

This time I am trying her new Move Program for really obese people like me. Im hoping I can keep up with the exercise because I do struggle to move. My weight makes it harder to move around and my knees and back often hurt. Of late I have also had pain in my hips despite massage and Chiropractic treatment. I believe my weight is to blame.

So I have one more pre-season task to do and some cooking this afternoon to get ready for tomorrow which is day 1 of the first round of 12 WBT for 2014. Its my last chance to myself.

My weight at this moment is 163.5 kg, Im 181 cm tall. See you on the other side.
